This first recipe I tried was the Triple
Berry Smoothie – from the Viatmix website.
It was delicious, nutritious and has 5 simple
ingredients. I could not believe how quickly I had my
smoothie!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- ¼ cup (60 g) vanilla low fat yogurt (I used Dairy Farmers Country Vanilla Cream)
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen strawberries
- ½ cup (80 g) frozen blueberries
- ½ cup (100 g) frozen raspberries
Method
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and
secure lid.
Select Variable 1.
Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
Blend for 90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Please note you can use this recipe with a normal blender.
