I must apologise I have been very quiet of late! It is that time of the year, and I have been busy with work and other things that have come up.
In mid February Mr Pickled Cumquat and I travelled to Tasmania for two weeks.
One of our stops was Salamanca Markets in Hobart, this market is amazing, there is so much fresh produce and yummy food! Whilst we were there MasterChef Series 4 was being filmed.
This episode went to air tonight so I can finally release the photos :-)
