Glenorie is a semi-rural suburb in Sydney’s north-west. The roads leading to Glenorie boast local farms that offer fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers available for passes by to purchase from roadside stalls.
Glenorie Growers’ Market is held on the 4th Sunday of each month from 8am until 1pm. Market goers can sample and buy a wide variety of fresh produce and tasty delicacies, meet the growers and producers, and learn more about local food production. These markets are located in the grounds of the Glenorie Shopping Village that is home to Glenorie Bakery which has won awards for its pies and pastries not to mention the home of the longest sausage roll!
This market has a real country feel an only 45km out of Sydney, great for a Sunday drive!
